With the ever-evolving nature of the development sector, there are many young people joining in, wanting to win campaigns and create change. For this vision to be realized, there is need to create more local leaders, by providing them structured, effective and innovative tools and methods that can assist them in understanding their communities’ needs and amplify their work.

This made us develop ‘Leadership Lab’ - a program that offers new, cutting-edge campaigning tools and techniques through interactive and workshop-based training modules. Using methodologies of the Community Organizing framework that has the power to build leadership at the community level, workplaces, colleges and schools and give rise to new local leadership.

    Great leaders are great storytellers using it as a powerful technique to inspire people to act collectively. Learn the craft of using stories to articulate your values, experiences and purpose of your work to connect with more people and amplify your reach.

  3. Relationship Building

    Relationship building helps uncover common interests, motivations and resources. This module equips you with easy to use techniques to strengthen the relationships you build, grow your network and recruit potential leaders for your teams.
